Get optimal value – minimise unnecessary support

Once you have chosen a new capital market solution, you must also ensure that your employees are properly equipped through a training course. We include training for employees as part of the implementation process, to ensure that they feel at home in the systems from day one. But you may also supplement this with company-specific training.

This training can be in the form of group instruction if you wish, but our workshops, in particular, have proven to offer a very effective form of learning. These allow users to make direct requests or ask specific questions that can make it easier to use the solution, while also getting to know the solution.

Workshops can lead to new ideas, that we will be very happy implement as part of future upgrade projects and/or incorporate into future versions of our solutions. This agile process gives us the opportunity to receive input directly from the users into the further development of the products.

We are intimately familiar with the various business areas from close cooperation over many years, and several of our employees have a background in the sector. This allows us to offer qualified knowledge in the training that is closely matched to the users’ working tasks. The goal is to have satisfied customers, and we have a good track record in this regard.
