Group Management
Alongside the CEO are Group Management, which in addition to the CEO consists of COO, Investor Relations, CFO, Head of Brand, Head of HR, CTO/CIO, M&A, Manager Financial Services & Integration and all VPOs. Together they are responsible for the daily group activities.
Group management normally meets every month to review the previous month's results, update plans, guidelines and discuss strategic issues. In addition, decisions are made on Group-wide strategic issues such as policies, branding, communication, sustainability and HR. Through committees, questions are also prepared that are to be decided by the Board. Decisions are made in accordance with the guidelines decided by the Board in the instructions on the division of work between the Board and the CEO.
Group management ensures a common perspective and coordination in all Group-wide issues, otherwise it follows from Vitec culture that a large decision-making mandate lies within the individual business units.
